Tortilleria Lupita: Authentic Mexican Flavors in Amarillo, TX

The burritos here are delicious chili Verde with extra cheese, make it saucy!! Carne Asada Lettuce, cheese, onion, cilantro, hot sauce . OH and their flour tortillas are made in house daily!!! Omg And if you want breakfast, you have to be there before 10:45 It’s a must try if you haven’t been here!!

It's a good place to eat and has multiple locations around town but this one here is opened a lot more even has a place to sit down and eat on the inside. Even have some other little things like candy chips and seasonings that you can buy or look at while you're waiting for your food. I received the rojo and it was amazing one burrito did the trick for me. There's parking in the front of the building. Did they must try place if you are on that side of town

I came in as I was driving cross country from LA and got two burritos, one chile rojo and one barbacoa. Two were pretty filling, the flour tortillas were thicker and chewier than the ones in L.A. They were AMAZING. Thr corn tortillas were ridiculously good as well. They were also thick, chewy and had a very strong but delicious corn flavor. These are the best tortillas I have ever had, period. I've eaten so many different types in L.A especially the ones that compete annually in the Tortilla competitions. The food was awesome and the lady who helped me was super friendly. I can't wait to drive back through and stop here again.

We decided to grab a quick bite here before hitting out for the day to do activities and it's a good little spot. I wasn't paying attention when I told the lady yes, but I would have rather eaten my food without the lettuce and cheese on it. Overall, it was definitely worth it as I looked around for an area to go grab a quick bite and of course, they do offer, it's your typical soft drinks along with mexican cokes, and other beverages. The pictures you see on there are the bigger tacos which are 3.75 each and i had a chicharron gordita. The only difference is, I am accustomed to the ones that are cut down the middle and stuffed, and this one look like,it had the beans in the middle fried and then a hole on top for them to put the the selection you pick. The other one appears to be a burrito, but it is actually a chile relleno in a burrito form. I asked my girl, what was that and she had replied that it is even like that in chihuahua, mx.

The burritos are on point! Only down side is they don't have the green sauce although that does NOT stop me from coming here to buy my burritos I will make due. I always order the bacon egg burrito Top-tier

We stopped by on our way home from a short stay in Amarillo. I must say it didn't disappoint. I got the pork chili verde burrito and my wife got the pollo rojo burrito. Both were delicious! The staff was so friendly and we even scored a dozen of their delicious flour tortillas. 10 out of 10 recommend!!! Thanks for a great experience.

I ordered the Carne Asada w/ beans, cheese, lettuce, and onions. It is so massive and so delicious, exactly what I needed after 4th of July weekend. The lady that works there is always super sweet . Definitely a 10/10 spot if you’re in Amarillo. We also got the beef and potato’s with beans, chile verde with beans, and a couple of bean and cheese for the kids. All the burritos were packed and felt like they were made with love !

Food was amazing, so fresh. Loved it. If I’m in this city I’ll stop for sure!
